1.Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phjoint," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the phjoint online gaming platform accessible at phjoint.vip, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a phjoint account.
• "Account" means a registered phjoint player account associated with a unique email address or Philippine mobile number.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or matching bonus amounts credited to a player's account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the player via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other supported payment method, and winnings derived from Real Money wagers.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission and approval of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all schedules, addenda, and documents incorporated by reference.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an account with phjoint, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are physically located within, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and play;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws and regulations applicable to your location;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of phjoint or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

phjoint reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, all associated accounts will be closed immediately, all transactions will be voided, and any funds may be withheld pending regulatory review. phjoint does not accept liability for underage gambling where a player has provided false information during registration.

3.Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features of the phjoint platform, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address or Philippine mobile number, creating a secure password, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account. phjoint operates a strict one-account-per-person policy enforced by device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity document verification.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and before real-money play is enabled on your account. You will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (accepted: Passport, SSS UMID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, PRC ID, Postal ID);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face, taken under adequate lighting;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account name matching your registered name) where required.

phjoint will review submitted KYC documents within one (1) to twenty-four (24) business hours. Rejected documents must be resubmitted before account verification is complete. phjoint reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of address or source of funds, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any material inaccuracy — including use of a false name, false date of birth, or identity documents belonging to another person — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoint account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. phjoint will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or phone call. Any request purporting to come from phjoint seeking your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number where available;
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices;
• Notify phjoint customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

phjoint will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where unauthorized access is reported promptly, phjoint will investigate and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporary account suspension pending resolution.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phjoint accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). All account balances are denominated in PHP. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfers are typically credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours. phjoint reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or within a twenty-four-hour period.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phjoint is required by law to apply anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. As part of these controls, phjoint may request documentary evidence of source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. Funds deposited into a phjoint account must be used for gaming purposes and may not be deposited and withdrawn without any corresponding gameplay, as this constitutes a pattern inconsistent with legitimate gaming use.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

phjoint offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balances. Real Money Balance is used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that are not utilized before the specified expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• phjoint reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at its reasonable discretion, with prior notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phjoint platform are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game developer or provider. phjoint delivers these games under license from their respective providers (including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, and Evolution Gaming) without modification to the underlying game mathematics, RTP, or payout tables.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game server result, the game server result shall be definitive. Technical malfunctions void all bets and plays. phjoint is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or power supply.

phjoint reserves the right to suspend or void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of system error, malfunction, or exploitation of a software defect. Players who knowingly exploit such defects will have associated winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjoint platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account per person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing without bona fide gaming activity;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through GCash, Maya, bank, or any other payment provider;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other stage of the account process;
• Allowing any other person to use your phjoint account;
• Accessing the phjoint platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymizing software to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's technical infrastructure.

9.Responsible Gaming

phjoint is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Filipino players aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and lowered at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically log them out.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at configurable intervals reminding players of time spent and funds wagered during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the phjoint platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted via Account Settings or Live Chat are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During self-exclusion, all account access to real-money features is blocked.

10.Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the phjoint platform — including but not limited to the phjoint brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of phjoint or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phjoint platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the phjoint platform without the prior written consent of phjoint.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoint's aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoint shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network outages, or force majeure events including typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, or government-mandated service suspensions.

Nothing in these Terms limits phjoint's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

12.Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

phjoint reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phjoint will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or prominent posting on the phjoint website. Your continued use of the phjoint platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12.2 Account Termination

You may close your phjoint account at any time by contacting 24/7 Live Chat support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

phjoint reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) regulatory requirements necessitate account closure; (c) evidence of fraudulent activity is detected; or (d) a player self-excludes pursuant to Section 9. Upon termination for breach, phjoint may withhold Real Money Balances pending investigation and regulatory review.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the phjoint platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
